Spark Your Life Force
Back in 1999, on a quest to feel wildly alive I found myself in Cancun, Mexico jumping off a wooden plank with a bungee cord wrapped around my ankles.
For a few hours after the jump, it did the trick! I felt incredible. But that feeling didn’t last. Before long, I was back in the same uninspired state I was used to.
One of the biggest lessons I have learned since then is that grand gestures are exciting, but can bring disappointment. Not to say I haven’t done other daring things in my life… but I know that they don’t necessarily create long lasting effects.
In my experience, daily micro changes create the macro shifts in life that we are ultimately seeking. It is when we make adjustments to the things we do most of the time, that we start to feel real lasting positive change.
This is one of the reasons why I decided to create the Spark Your Life Force - a breathing and posture workshop.
In this workshop you will learn to fully revive yourself through improving the details of your posture and breath.
We will take a deep dive into the anatomy of the diaphragm and learn how we were designed to breathe.
We will explore movements that help you discover your optimal posture and learn how the way you hold yourself affects your breath.
Most importantly we will understand why breathing well and improving your posture can significantly spark your life force…. so that you don’t have to risk your life to spark it!
