Props needed for Movement for Life classes:
One chair without armrests
Two light dumbbells or 2 food cans
Two Franklin Method Balls. You can use tennis balls or handballs but the FM balls are the best. You can even use a bunch of rolled up socks if you have nothing else!
If you get the FM balls a small hand pump can come in handy!
Long theraband (no replacement)
One Yoga blanket or bath towel
One Yoga block or 2 thick coffee table books
